Mt. Airy / Chestnut Hill

Mt.Airy is a centrally located neighborhood in Northwest Philadelphia close to Chestnut Hill. Its northwest boundary is the Cresheim Valley, which is part of Fairmount Park.  On the west side is the Wissahickon Gorge, which is also part of Fairmount Park.  Mt. Airy is in close proximity to Roxborough and Manayunk. Germantown borders the southeast of Mount Airy, and Stenton Avenue marks the northeast border. Beyond Stenton Avenue is Cedarbrook and West Oak Lane.

Northeast Philadelphia / Fox Chase

Northeast Philadelphia is a section of the city of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania that borders Bucks & Montgomery Counties.  It is a short commute to Center City & New Jersey.  Northeast Philadelphia is a centrally located and home to Franklin Mills, a shopping mall that was built on what was once Liberty Bell Park Racetrack, and is one of the most visited attractions in the state. 

Manayunk / Roxborough

Manayunk,  a neighborhood in the northwestern section of the city of Philadelphia, is located on the banks of the Schuylkill River, Manayunk is just 15 minutes from Center City Philadelphia and adjacent to the suburban neighborhoods of Bala Cynwyd and Penn Valley. 

West Philadelphia

The West Philadelphia section of Philadelphia is directly off  City Line Avenue and close to University City, University of Pennsylvania, St. Joseph’s University and Drexel. One of West Philadelphia's most prominent features is the "El", or SEPTA's Market-Frankford Line. This elevated subway line links West Philadelphia and Upper Darby to Center City.
